Education points for CEC

hello
i have finished 2 yrs post secondary diploma from canadian college for which i get 98 points under EE.
i also have done diploma in computer engineering from india which is secondary education according to WES.
so will i get point for both education which is 98+30 OR just 98 for my diploma which is my highest education.

I got 0 points, for 2, 2 year post secondary courses in Business and Computing.

Maybe english A-levels don't count?

thanks john...so i m gonna get my diploma from back home get evaluated now..i didnt want to spend money for something i cant claim point for..thanks again for clarifying..
