One of my cousin has got Bachelors in Medical Radiation Technology. It was 3 years course.
In total he has 15 years of full time study. Will he be awarded 20 or 22 points for education?

Is Post Graduate Diploma which is full time 1 years program and has 12 credit hours is this not considered as a second degree ?
