Can i apply for loan with conditional offer?
I have got conditional admission offer for Programme Meng in ECE under computer and system engineering department for Fall intake from Carleton University.
The condition that is mentioned is :Admission conditional upon receipt of official transcript indicating degree(s) conferred with required standing:B.Tech Degree From Punjab Technical University.
So , i have inquired from university officials and they have said that i can pay my fees and register for courses even before 1st day of my class there.
