Unfortunately, there were no seats left for Mobile Application Development, so I had to change my course to Software and Information System Testing due to the fear of losing time.
Now that you got the context, here is the problem. I took out a loan for my studies. The loan papers were made for Mobile Application Development. I went to the bank to update the papers for Software and Information System Testing but little did I know that I had to settle my loan first and start the process for Software and Information System Testing. This would mean a lot of time loss. My consultancy told me that this shouldn't be an issue and that writing an explanation letter to IRCC stating the issue would be alright,
