Education for immigration through Express Entry

Hi Everyone,
Please let me know if i should apply for Immigration. I have following credentials.

Age: 35
Education: Metric (10 years), I.COM(2 years), B.COM(2 years) (Total 14 years of Education)
Ielts: 7 in Each Module
Work: (Software)QA Analyst - 6 years Experience
Wife Ielts: CLB 4

Adaptability: My brother is settled in Canada with family. Will i get 5 points?

I am more concerned about education. Is it necessary to have a degree in IT field?

I think that for EE it's required that you have at least a bachelor.

You can calculate your points using the CRS tool. I dont have the link right now but you can google "cic crs tool" and it shows up
