Education Evaluation for Canada immigration by 2 different agencies?

I would be applying as Federal Skill Worker for PR. I got my education evaluated from WES. They gave me Bachelors for my graduation but only one year diploma for full time MBA completed from a recognized university in India.

Which agency gives master equivalency to MBA done from a recognized university in India like ICAS, IQAS, CES or ICES. Also, can i submit report received from WES for graduation and for MBA use other agency for evaluation

WES evaluation in most cases this way unless on a technical stream, ICAS will give you Masters however the wait time is very long at the moment due to large volume of applicants.

Are evaluations from 2 agencies ok? Bachelors frm wes and masters from ICAS?

What about CES? Does CES give master's equivalency to Indian MBA ?
