Education Evaluation Doubt

Hi all- can someone pls clarify a doubt...can i collect all transcripts from my colleges in sealed envelopes and then collect all these and send it to WES for evaluation with the WES reference number..?

No you cant. WES doesnt accept transcripts issued by colleges. My wife emailed them to ask if they would accept it. They told her to send it and after 20 days they rejected the documents.

Take copies of the marksheets and have them attested by the registrar or controller of exams of the university.

I am sorry but i didnt understand the answer..i probably didnt frame the query properly..i am gonna try again..

You mentioned college and that's why I said that WES wont accept college issued documents.

WES states that the university has to send the transcripts directly to WES. Some universities do while other dont. If you university agrees to do it, it is good for you. If you university does not agree to do it, you take it the documents from them and send it to WES the way they want it ... with the sign and stamp on the back flap of the envelope, etc.

The University may give the documents to you to send but they first seal the envelope before giving it you.

You might want to think how WES will come to know that you have sent the documents or the University. All they want is the envelope to be properly sealed.

My University gave the sealed envelope to me and I sent to WES by DHL.

Do not forget to combine them in a big pack . Different envelopes count as different couriers and will cost you very much.

DHL hikes up the price drastically for anything larger than A4 size documents. I folded my envelope and put it in DHL's custom A4 sized envelope to save costs.
