I have done bachelors from india, masters from UK and PhD from Germany. I can get sealed documents from Indian University but it looks impossible to get the same from foreign universities. By chance if I get the PhD one will be in German. Can anyone give inputs on this...TIA

For Masters from UK, you might need to only submit the degree. Please check the actual requirements specific to your case.
For PhD, you will need a translation to English and supporting documentation from the translator like an affidavit.
You may not need to get your Indian qualification assessed at all.
