I have to send complete documents after receiving AOR. I have done masters in IT. What post-secondary documents I have to send. I have done F.Sc from Faisalabad board, B.Sc and M.Sc from Punjab University Lahore. My questions are :-

1- What post-secondary documents will be sent.
2-I am a single applicant. Will I have to send all documents of my wife also.
3-Which certificates, degrees etc will be originally sent.

Thanks in advance

Hi,

You have to send original transcripts of your bachelors and masters and notarized copy of your degrees.
If youre wife is not included in the applcation you dont have to send any of her documents.

Cheers

Thanks for information.

So I do not have to send any educational document of my wife as she is not accompanying me in my application and travel. Now kindly clarify following points also :-

1- Do I need to send any document of Intermediate certificate which is a post-secondary certificate of two years after matriculation? I have done F.Sc.

2- Do I need to send birth certificate of my wife? Actually her birth certificate was misplaced many years ago.

3- Does Punjab university Lahore charges any amount for transcript?

On the visa office checklist it asks for the univeristy transcripts only but i have send the copy my Matric and FSc certificate.

No as she is not included in the application so you dont need to send any of her documents.

Thanks,

Life now seems much simpler. One more thing ---- My own birth certificate is also misplaced. May I send matriculation certifcate along with computerised ID card having date of birth, in stead of reissuing new birth certifcate with current registration date? Any idea

Dear Saki, in continuation of what Rizwan has asked...is there any compulsion on the degrees must be obtained by an HEC recognized university as my wife did her bachelors in computer science from a distant learning university but completed all credit hours at a local affialated institute? I have to score 5 points by producing her degree. Please guide.

Hi,

On the visa checklist it does not say transcripts should be HEC attested but it is recommended by all seniors and almost everyone who have sent there docs got their transcripts attested from HEC as it shows the genuiness of the docs. If youre wife has done the degree as a private student then you will need to show the proof that she has attended the class otherwise you wont get points for her. Recently one applicant did masters from allama iqbal university but vo didnt accept that so be careful.

Yes rizwan you can send your matric certificate but try to get the birth certificate the reason why i am sayin this is because recently under new rule cic returned one applicant application because he did submit bc and instead sent the matric certificate so try your best but if yu cant then send the matric mentioning that in cover letter.

Thanks Saki. I think she has her degree, transcripts, provisional certificates on successful completion of semesters and courses etc. I am sure this should be a good evidence and should score desired 5 points?? However, beyond this I wonder how we would be able to produce evidences that she had attended classes? Any comment or suggestion is more than welcome!!!!

Hi Saki,

From Pakistani applicants forum I have got the response that I have to send educational documents, passport and birth certificates of all the family although it is non-accompanying and non-fee paying.

I am again confused. If seen logically then educational documents, passports and birth certificates of non-accompanying and non-applicant family members should not be required.

Kindly elaborate the position.

Hi,

About attendence if she has attended classes then there should be some documents showing she has attended this many hours per week. I am asking you for this only because i dont want you to be disappointed when vo refuse to give you points ( i hope this not happen) because she has done this as a private student and immigration give points where you have attended classes. So better send some documents related to it or have a back for 5 points incase they refuse.

Hi,

If they are not included in the application then you are not supposed to give any documents related to them. Whoever advise you this ask him/her to provide a link to the cic website where it is written coz i have never come across such thing and it does not make a logic as well, if they are not getting PR then why you need to provide transcripts types documents for them.

Cheers
