Education documents - don't have my degrees available, but have WES verifications and transcripts

I'm submitting my ITA documents, and they mention uploading my degrees/certificates.

My physical degrees are in storage in another country, and I'm not able to access them right now.

I do have my education credentials verified by WES, and full transcripts for both degrees.

Is it sufficient to upload my WES verifications (they were also sent to IRCC last year), my transcripts, and a Letter of Explanation?

Can anyone take a scan copy of the degree and mail it to you ?

you need degree or your application will be refused as incomplete. have it scanned
