what i need to do in following case?
During OASIS application, system is asking to upload transcript but i don't have it as it can not be issued in case of part time courses. However I do have ECA report for the same.

I guess you then have no other option than to upload a Letter of Explanation and attach the ECA & Diploma Certificate along with. Do you have separate upload slots, one each for ECA, Certificate & Transcript ?
