Education details: College or University? (IMM 0008)

In case of my graduation, my institute (my place of study) was affiliated to a University.
My degree certificate bears the name of my University and also states the name of my institute.

Now in my application (Schedule 1, IMM 0008), while giving details of degree, shall I mention the name of University or my institute?

i think university name is better. but if you put either it will work
