Education Credential Assessment for two degrees that are related

I have a diploma in health information management and a bachelors degree in Information Technology, of which I did ECA for both on a single ECA report. My duties at work mostly fall in line with NOC 2172 (Database Analyst and Data Administrators) though my job title is Technical Officer Health Information, so I chose the aforementioned NOC.

Firstly, is my ECA valid?
Secondly, If I am able to get the reference letter stating my duties as matching data administrator, will it be accepted?

For Express Entry, your job does not need to match your education. Not sure why your ECA would not be valid if you have it completed.
