Education Credential Assessment for Pakistan

Hi,

I have done Bachelors 2 years Majors (English and Political Science) and Masters 2 years in English from University of Peshawar (Pakistan). Please guide me which agency is best to assess it and Does it falls in two or more certificates,degrees or diploma?
