Education Certificates

Hi

I am starting to apply for express entry for my wife and myself. She would be the main applicant. I wanted to know the following:

1) Do we need to provide details of all our education? We both are graduates, so does that mean the we need to provide , Secondary school (10th Class), Senior secondary school (12th Class), and the Graduation ?

2) Do we need to submit transcripts for all the above?

3) I would like to claim partner points. What all documents would I need to submit?
