Education assessment for a graphic designer?

Hi,

we currently stand at 430, and we are looking for ways to add some points to our profile..
My wife is a graphic designer and she did a 1 year program at a college, she has sort of a diploma, and an official certificate from the Ministry of Economy that she is a graphic designer (she did a test as part of the program).

is it possible to take the diploma and the certificate and get an ECA somehow? it will add 6 points to our profile..

Try to find out if it is a recognized institution in WES's list.
If yes, then go ahead and apply for the ECA.
If not, then don't bother.

Get in touch with WES, they might be able to shed some light on this.
