education and profession mismatch

Hi! I am a resident of India. I have done my bachelors in engineering ,but have been working as an administrative officer in a school since eight years . My IELTS score is 8 and my current CRS score is 432. I am planning to get a PG Diploma in Education administration this year .
My major concern is that my education and profession don't match. Will this effect my profile ?

If you want to apply for PR, it does not matter. Only your work experience counts.

If you want to apply for an International Experience work visa though for which you need a job offer letter, the job offer should match your previous experience.
