Education and IELTS Marks?

1) Am i calculating correct education points?
Matric - 10 years
Intermediate - 2 years
Bacholer dgeree - 2 years
Post Graduate Diploama(After Graduation for Taking Addmission in MBA)- 1 Year
Master degree - 2 years

Points 10+2+2+1+2= 17 years with master degree and should claim 25 points for education.
Am i right?

2) if i get only 8 marks in ielts can i still elligible to apply?

Listening 6.5 2
Reading 6.5 2
Writing 6.5 2
Speaking 6 2
