Hello everyone,

Has anyone applied under CEC when your skilled job is different from what you studied? Suppousing you couldn't find work in your area of studies?

For example: studied carpentry and ended up working retail? Studied music and ended up workin in a library? Studied finance and ended up working in education?

Is not specified on the the CEC website, so in theory it doesn't matter as long the requirements are met? (school and program length as well as the skilled job).

Thanks

Hi.
I am april2011 applicant. I completed my graduation in Science but I ended up working in Finance. It is not always possible to find work in your area of study.
So far I am waiting to hear about final decision on my application.

Oh I see, so you are just waiting for the passport request?

Good luck!
