eCOPR and SIN update

Hi guys i have a SIN update question: is it sufficient to sign and date eCOPR (client copy) in Adobe or we need to print it, sign it with pen, scan and attach to SIN online application? Please suggest!
PS: currently on 9xx SIN associated with WP/BOWP

In the Pr confirmation portal it says print and sign manually. Thanks

Actually it worked with digital signature, already confirmed with Service Canada and got new permanent SIN. we can close this one.
