ecase update query

how and when is ecase update done. is it based on elapsed time or absolute time.
lets say officer1 updates ecase 10 am and officer2 at 11 am. is both officers ecase comments updated same time lets say midnight or is it on time elapse theory. lets say 12 hrs of elapse then officer1 update will show on ecase at 10 pm and officer2 at 11 pm same day.

With all my respect to your opinion, I doubt that the e-case is updated every Tuesday. Last month I checked my e-case on Thursday expecting an invitation for my test, but there was nothing and was still showing (in process). The week after, I mean in next week and exactly in Monday, I checked again and found an update showing an Invitation for the test on June 18, 2014

I guess this means the e-case updated every Monday based on my experience. May be my guess is also wrong ?!!

I found out I got invited for test on a friday whilst nothing was on ecas the day before (thursday).

It's all random, though for sure don't expect an update during weekends.
