ecas status!!!

My dumb consultant made a mistake.....he just clicked the restrict button (restriction of case to case internet info) in the ecas instead of clicking the log out button, at the time of checking my ecas status in the CIC's website .

And now my ecas is showing that, "you have requested not to provide any info via internet". What to do...can anybody help???? How can i bring my status back in the ecas??? Is it just mailing the CHC Off to show the ecas status again????

yeah, there is check also that need to be selected first. very few chances of mistake......

I think so ,I am damn SURE.But keep good relation with your Con sala tant anyway and apply through Case specific inquiry saying it had happened mistakenly.
