ECAS Status: In progress.. How much time (on average) for Medical Request ?

Hello Everyone..

My PR application was:
1. Recieved at CIO on December 18, 2013
2. AOR recived on Febraury 6, 2014
3. ECAS Status changed to "In Progress" on June 27, 2014

Just curious to know,

1. How much time does it normally takes to recieve Medical Request after the ECAS status changes to "In Progress".

2. Does "In Progress" status garuntees 100% that you will recieve a medical request.. or is it just a myth ?

Myth ..They just open your file....if every thing is on track you will recieve MR and RPRF soon..
