I've been checking eCAS every day for the past 4 months with the same UCI and information. Ever since I sent a case specific enquiry the "system" doesn't recogniZe me anymore.

Has this happened to anyone else? I can still check the status of my husband's application through file number but it's making me paranoid. Help!

yes a lot of people are having the same issue. Check out the thread entitled "Unexpected message on CIC website 'Client Application Status'"
