ECAS Login Issue

I had access to ECAS a few months ago and after that when I try to log in, I am denied access and get this message:
"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided." Did anyone have access and got disconnected like me?

Contact CIC at 1888-242-2100 or 613-944-4000 and explain the issue and they should be able to resolve it for you.
