ECAS In Process in SGVO august 2, 2011

My catagory 4131:
1st AOR received: 19 April 2010
2nd AOR received: 1st July 2010
ECAS shows: Inprocess from 2nd august 2011 but when i click Inprocess inside the body still pending review?

Is anybody same status, Pls comments
