ecas does not pop up

ecas does not come up for me and i tried all eligible browsers.do u have same problem?

they did not given any prior warning which they mostly do for their maintenance.yes it started yesterday

That's the problem. It would just be a guess. Probably something simple, such as a regular maintenance period.

I don't think it is down for maintenance bcuz it has never been in past.....also it doesn't take that long for maintenance.

I guess they are having technical issues.
