Ecas changed from In Process to Decision Made

Hi Guys,

Just want to know what was exactly written when the Ecas changed from In Process to Decision Made? Specifically, when you click the Decision Made. Does it goes like this: We started processing your application....Medical Results have been received...A decision has been made already on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision... Please let me know if that is what is exactly written on the Decision Made. Im just worried why they will say that they will contact you concerning this decision. Anyone out there with similar situation like me especially those whose ecas changed already from In Process to Decision Made...Any help will be highly appreciated. thanks in advance...

the process went the same as with my brother who is a PNP skilled worker, the status of his PR application went to "Decision Made" with details exactly how you described it... since he used a representative, CIC communicated through his representative in Canada. he went to his representative where he got his Immigrant Visa, and then afterwards, for him to be a "Landed Immigrant" he went to the CIC Office...

then afterwards his status changed to "Complete" You have entered Canada at XXX CIC Office on XDate and became a Permanent Resident.

He is now just waiting for his Permanent Residency card and replacement healthcards, etc...

Thanks a lot for your reply to my post. I really appreciated it. At least i dont have to worry anymore especially to the wordings"the office will contact you concerning this decision"... Because all the while i thought there's a problem on my application since they will need to communicate with me. But based from the experienced of your brother who also has the same situation as with me, now i dont have to worry anymore. I also have my representative here in Canada. Congratulation....But when you click the Decision Made, does it also says that "the office will contact you concerning this decision"? Because this what bothers me if there is a problem on my application for they have to contact me concerning this decision. But godofwar already told me that his brother's status of Decision Made have the same wordings also as mine and it turns out that everything is ok and now waiting for his PR card. But if you can give me the content of your Decision Made i would appreciate it so much. Thanks

no problem, i'm glad to be of help. i am also waiting for my brother's permanent residency card which we will need for my PNP-Family stream application that is why i'm also monitoring the status of his application online.

We have the same situation. Mine is also "DECISION MADE" but I dont think we have to worry about, my friend told me based on his experiece, he recieved his visa 11 days after his Ecas change from "in process" to "decision made"....just start counting and prays a lot :

i hope my ECas status will change this week...its my 11th day today.......napaka stressful ng pagiintay.......ang hirap ng ganito......my last day of work is this friday.....i hope before my last day in work, my ECAS status will change na.......pls GOd......pls........
