ECAS - can't find your application

Hi - I've already completed the test (both BG and test marked as complete in the tracker), but somehow when I tried to search for my application on ECAS, the return message says unable to find application.

Is this common? What does this imply in terms of application status?

Ecas was only for old paper applications

Ecas is for paper application, if you have applied online you won’t have one. Only tracker is to be che cked for online application.
