You seem to worry about a lot during this process. I don't know if it's stress relief or more assuring to ask every question that pops into your head at the moment but some questions aren't that serious.
ECAS as I'm sure you see does not come up in any conversation after people get DM. You're in every forum so I know you realize this. You have an application in the pile. You will find out what sense ECAS makes at that time.
No One needs it after as PPR comes to GCKEY which YOU KNOW already. Once you get that no one cares about anything else.
