Ecas Active and Than Deactive

Hi All

I saw ecas for my application was active , where I can see my home address mentioned. But status of application was not mentioned.

After few days when I checked it become deactivate means it doesn't recognize my credential i tried by UCI , PR card number both doesn't work.

Has anybody faced such situation ? what does this indicate ?

Hi Deepak! I was just going to message you to see if this happened to you too! I am in the exact same boat!!! How weird!! I also tried all the possible numbers to log in, but like you said, nothing works. We are back to the "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided" message... this is odd!

I hope its happening because they are updating our status?

Okie so looks like a routine stuff might be .. just guessing and hoping for good

at least we have email AOR for some relief

Stanka, did you also lose your eCAS access?

Deepak, you are right, having the email AOR is comforting. They sure can't take that back from us HAHA.
Hopefully in the next day or two, we get full details on eCAS.

My eCAS is reactivated and status upgraded to "In Process".

Yeah, I lost access for a day. But I got it back and it says "in process" too. They also updated my name.

They already mentioned on the homepage (well in advance ) that CIC systems are being upgraded and lot of people will not have access to the site.
It was on CIC homepage.
