Ecas activation

Hi Everyone,

After how many time Ecas is activated. I received AOR on April 10 but no activation yet. Are you guys using Client ID or application number and also just using last name of full name for access.

Client id from the PR card, the 8-digit id xxxx-xxxx

Just the last name

It may take a bit longer after you receive the AOR, wait anotehr week or so, if you still can't access it contact the call centre (or you may contact them now, but it does take a few days after).

My ecas has not been activated yet. It's been more than three weeks. I would not worry much as I have the AOR. It looks like for some ecas will not be activated until the application is in process. This is what the message says when I try to access it.
