Hi Guys,
Do I need to do ECA of my masters as well as bachelors for immigration? I am masters in technology. Kindly let me know. Would be very helpful.

Just masters but if you think your masters may only be assessed as a diploma/bachelor then get both assessed.

I am done my masters in technology from an IIT which is a well recognized institute in India.
In WES do I need to add only my masters degree as credential?

If you say it is well recognized then you do the masters. If you are applying to PNPs then look at whether you need both assessed. Provinces have different requirements.
