From where did you do a 2-year B.Sc. degree? Is a 2 year bachelor degree even a thing? Bachelor's degree are of minimum of 3 years.

Actually I was a student of BSc (Hons) in Physics which was a 3 year course (Part 1 is 2 years and Part 2 is 1 year). But after passing Part 1, I did not complete Part 2 and Calcutta (Kolkata) University awarded BSc (Pass).

However, I passed MBA which is also a 2 year course. So, after passing Higher Secondary or HS (12 years) , I completed 4 years, 2 years in BSc and 2 years in MBA and passed both.

There is a good chance that you will be assessed as Bachelors, because, basically you did 10+2+2.

Through many people's responses, what I have observed, WES followed this trend in awarding equivalencies, however this should not be taken as an absolute guide, equivalencies may vary from case to case:

12 + 3 = Bachelors (3 Years)
12 + 4 = Bachelors of Bachelors (4 years)
12 + 1 (Some Diploma) + 3 = Bachelors (4 Years)
12 + 3 + 1 (Some Diploma) = Bachelors + Diploma and in some cases, Bachelors (4 Years)
12 + 4 + 2 (Masters) = Masters
12 + 3 + 2 (Masters) = Bachelors + 1 year Post graduate Diploma
12 + 4 + (MBA from Non IIM/IIT) = Bachelors + 2 Year PGP
12 + 4 + MBA from IIT or IIM = Masters

Yours is a very peculiar case, I am not sure that they would even consider your Bachelors because globally bachelor's is a 3 (in Europe) and 4 year (in North America) programme.

It is not mandatory but it is advisable to get your bachelor's degree evaluated as well as it increases chances of masters degree getting evaluated as per canadian equivalency

I did my B.Com 3 years and then MBA (2 years full-time) from Amity and WES evaluated these two degree has two Bachelors. Does anyone know if it would be worth while to get another ECA done through IQAS or some other agency wherein my MBA could be considered as Masters. Would really appreciate any response.

I did my Bachelors (B.E) 4 years and then Masters (MS) 2 years (total 18 years education) but WES evaluated these two degree as Two bachelor's degrees (four years). Is there any way I contact WES to get it evaluated as Masters Equivalent?

Or do I have to get another ECA done through IQAS or some other agency wherein my MS could be considered as Masters. Would really appreciate any response. TIA

Hello Everyone, I was planning to start my ECA through WES, wanted to know how I can share the ECA report to IRCC upon applying for Express Entry ( I am thinking of applying for Express Entry by Oct-Nov 2021).
