What it the difference between transcript and semester wise mark sheet ? Is it same or for ECA we need to send transcript, semester wise mark sheets and degree all in one envelope attested by the university.
WES has made rule that sealed envelope should be mailed directly by university which seems to be most difficult part here. Can't we collect sealed envelope from university and send it to the WES, it will also help to track.I am not sure if y university will really do the courier part. Has anyone faced this issue ? Kindly share your inputs.
Also ECA is only need for Bachelor degree or for Secondary (10th) and senior secondary(10+2) as well.
