I am looking for some advise on ECA as i am living abroad
I did my Engineering from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College of Engineering & Technology, Ferozepur & it was 1995-1999. In the beginning the college was affiliated to Punjab University, Chandigarh. So my Transcripts from Semester 1 to Semester 4 issued from Punjab University, Chandigarh.
In 1997, the Punjab govt formed PTU ( Punjab Technical University) & all the record had been shifted to PTU. So my transcripts from Semester 5 to Semester 8 issued from Punjab Technical University. My degree issued by Punjab Technical University in 2000.
Now, As on WES application form my Universtiry for B.E is PTU . But PTU is saying that they will attest the documents from Semester 5 to 8 + degree certificate but they will also send Semester 1 to 4 documents of Punjab University without attestation in the same envelope so that WES do not get confused?
IInd they asked me to go Punjab University & attest the transcripts Semester 1 to 4 there & ask the university to send the WES directly with same reference number so that WES can link it
IIIrd they asked me to explain the same thing on the WES portal too.
Now My questions
1. Whether Punjab University can do attesttion of Semester 1 to Semester 4 ( of course i will show the all the other documents like Transcripts from Semester 5 to 8, Degree, Student card etc..). If Yes then how to do this thing?
2. As i am living abroad, so can i send my family person to submit the documents at my behalf with my Voter Card ID or PAN card ID etc.
