ECA with WES for MCA±BSc under Sri Krishnadevaraya University - Clarification Required

Seasonal Greetings.

My query seems quite obvious however no forums has given exact answers. Please clarify or suggest me some leads to the following questions.

I am looking for an ECA with WES for my MCA degree from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur.

Question 1: Do I need to send my Batchelor Degree certificates also with Master degree in order receive transcripts?

Question 2: What happens if I send my both UG & PG transcripts to WES?

Question 3: Can send both these degree transcripts with single WES reference?

Last but not least
Question 4: Any leads with the procedure to apply transcripts for UG & PG in Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur. I am fortunate for having both degrees in the same university.

Were you able to get the transcripts from SK University ? If so, would you kindly outline the procedure as I too am looking to apply for my UG transcripts. Thank You.
