ECA ( WES) Confusion.

If I did post graduation certificate in Canada after bachelors of engineering in India do I need to do ECA(WES) or not.?

My studies in Canada is higher degree than Bachelor's.

So To claim points for express entry do I need ECA(WES) or not?
Please help me as i am very confused.

If not a Masters, then right now you only have points for a one or two year diploma. You need ECA for your degree if you want to count points for two or more programs. A post grad certificate is not a higher degree than a Bachelor’s.

You need an ECA. A post graduate certificate is not higher than a three year degree.
