ECA verification Thorugh IQAS

I have four year bachelor degree and one year master degree program completed.
Now I have few query:
1.what will be my highest education degree in Canadian equivalency
2.As per observation of bad reputation of WES , Does IQAS is safe to get master degree equivalency ?

1 - No one can say. You may get masters. You may get two or more.
2 - Probably. But then again, no one can say for sure since it depends on individual circumstances like your university and its accreditation etc.

Check the WES free equivalency checker and check the IQAS Country specific PDF for a better idea.

Personally, I would recommend IQAS over WES. I have used both for me and my spouse and IQAS is much better.
