ECA Two or more Diploma or Degrees

Hi everyone,

I have a Diploma that I got from Polytechnic after highschool.
Diploma in Information Technology, Singapore Polytechnic (3 years, 2001-2004)

I also have a part time degree
Bachelor of Information Technology, University of Wollongong, Australia
Part time, remote campus (1.5 years, 2015-2017)
Singapore Institute of Management, Global Education

Do you think I can get recognize for
Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees.?

Anyone has any information about this?
For me, this will be the difference between hope (>400 points) or no hope at all (<400 points)

Get an ECA done and whatever the ECA says is what you can claim.
