I will apply by myself tonight for ee, my question is how does WES work
I apply online ? Get the reference code and send it to my university and the ask the university to send it to WES address ? Right ? Then what ?

What if my local university doesn't send statements internationally , can I take them and keep them sealed and send them by myself ?

1. Get the Transcripts from your University in a sealed envelope.
2. Register on WES site online complete online application and get the reference number.
3. Send the documents with Reference Number to WES.
4. They will evaluate and send you the report to your mentioned address.

I suppose you need to send a copy of the documents to WES yourself as well, please check the WES email for details. I'm not really sure about this now.

If your university does not send transcripts internationally, you should get a sealed envelope from them and send it to WES yourself. The WES starts processing your application once they receive all the documents.
