ECA requirement for degrees

Dear All,
Will appreciate your help on the following query;

I am currently creating my express entry profile. I have a Maters in petroleum engineering from Canada and a bachelors in mechanical engineering from Pakistan. As per CIC website, one does not require an ECA if his highest degree is from Canada. Do I still need to get an ECA for my bachelors degree? In the profile can I add both degrees even if I will not be getting an ECA done for my bachelors?

You don't have to get ECA for your bachelors. You can add both the degrees in the profile. For your bachelors it will ask whether you have done ECA, answer 'NO' for that. You will get points for Masters degree.
