ECA requirement for Bachelor and Master Degree

Kindly clarify as to whether we need the evaluation report of both the bachelor degree as well as Masters degree. As in our case my spouse did her Bachelor in Commerce from Guru Nanak Dev University affiliated college and her MBA from PTU affiliated college. Do we need to get transcripts of both the courses evaluated by WES?

If you need points for both Bachelor &Masters degree and a complete ECA you should send both qualifications.
