(ECA) required if I am having 1 year post graduation from canada

I am having (3 years diploma + 3 years bachelor degree) from india + (1 year post graduation) from canada
So, do i need Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for my education.

1. Yes, unless you only want credit for a 1 year PG course.

Hello,
i am applying in express entry under CEC category. i had completed my bachelor of commerce from india (3 years)
i just got my evaluation done with World Education Services and the report says that Canadian equivalency of my degree is bachelor's degree

so according to points table given on cic site i should get 120 points.
but i only scored 26 points wen i check after i update my profile.

Do you know what might be the case?
why i scored so less?

please help me out friends/...

There is so much conflicting information all over the forum on this .. its extremely frustrating. If the senior degree is the postgraduate from Canada.. which is already fulfilling a "2 degrees with 1 degree at least 3 years " criteria.. why wouldnt you already get the max points for your post graduate ?!

Can someone who has been in similar position and applied for EE shed this sight on this ? please don't post unless you have specifically applied for EE and recieved ITA in similar circumstances
