ECA required even for Masters in Canada??

Hello All,
Anyone here submitted ECA for bachelor degree even though they have a Masters degree from Canada? I sent a Case Specific Enquiry and the agent replied saying it is required even for Master degree holders in Canada. Anyone had experience with this yet.

No it is not required, i have masters from canada and i applied for PNP last year.

It is not needed, your agent is wrong.
