ECA report not required for Bachelors if Master done from USA

OINP Application submitted under HCP on 18th Nov 2017
AOR on same day 18th Nov 2017
status changed from submitted to Assessment on 14th Dec 2017
i have some Questions
got 10 points for my spouse education.......... masters from USA and bachelors from india.... submitted only master Degree for Assessment to WES...ECA report mentioned equivalent to Canada Masters.
1.does CIC Question why there is no ECA for Bachelors degree...?
2.does CIC ask to do ECA for Bachelors also.....? in such case what should i do can i edit my EE profile at my spouse education there is no education which i will loose 10 points and my CRS score will drop down to 395...my application for OINP get invalid....?
3.can i do it now at Assessment stage...?? will it affect me after receiving ITA..?
what should i do or else can i just upload my spouse ECA report and bachelors degree without ECA after receiving ITA..? or no need to upload bachelor's degree....... just ECA and Masters degree to upload after receiving ITA...?
please help me someone please guide me on right path
