ECA report interpretation

Hi,
I have got my ECA done by WES. However, I am not able to understand which option to select under education while creating the Express entry profile based on my report. I had sent my graduation and post graduation credentials for evaluation and my report mentions both. Could someone please advice based on the report summary shared below:

You can claim points for having a Bachelor degree only. You cannot claim points for your diploma since it's from a non-recognized intitution.

Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute

Do some research and try IQAS or CES for your PG Diploma.

So I don't even have to declare this in the express entry profile? Or declare and choose Wes evaluation as 'None or less than secondary (high) school credential'

Don't put the PG diploma in your education, Your app will be refused. Put it in personal history.
