ECA report delivery time through regular post.

Hi,

I applied for ECA to ICAS back in February 2015, my report was ready in September and ICAS sent through regular post (as i didn't pay for courier). However, i still didn't receive ECA report. How long it takes to receive a report (in pakistan) through regular post?

ideally it delivers within 8-10 weeks....
mine was done in September 2014(14 months ago) and till todate it is not deliver to me. i did it via regular post.
i asked them for duplicate ECA report and they delivered it in 25 days..
