ECA report by IQAS for 10th + diploma + Engineering

Hi, I have done my Diploma in CSE (3 years) right after my 10th matric and then followed by B.E in cse (Actually 4 years, since I have done my diploma, I joined directly 2nd year or lateral entry). So total 10 + 3 + 3. Have anyone applied for ECA via IQAS with my scenario.
