I have a PG certificate from UK and a bachelors from India.do i have to assess my bachelors as well after getting my PG certf.assesed?.
2.do i have to pay 2 times for both the degrees?
and is PG certificate considered as a formal course

Yes. And you can get them done together but you will have to pay the charges for each assessment accordingly.
